WHAT CAN I EXPECT ONCE MY APPLICATION HAS BEEN SUBMITTED?

Your application will be entered into our system and submitted to HR for review. Please do not call the office to check on the status of your application. If it is selected, you may be called for a preliminary phone screen.

IF I AM SELECTED, HOW LONG DOES THE HIRING PROCESS TAKE?

Being hired can be a multi-step process, involving interviews with not only the hiring manager but also with the customers and guardians. Interviews with the customer(s) require a successful background check to be completed first. Background checks can take a week to process, sometimes longer if you have lived out of state. Staff who are coming to InReach with their customer will be required to go through the same vetting process as other applicants, and the same requirements will apply.

WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP AFTER THE VETTING PROCESS?

When all background checks are complete and you have been selected, the HR department will contact you to set up your initial on-boarding. This is a 2-hour session at the office where you will complete paperwork and go over the training schedule. You will then be sent for a drug screen. You will have 24 hours to get the drug screening test. Failure to have the drug screen within 24 hours will make you ineligible for hire
