Jennifer joined InReach in 2003. She currently manages the Community Works program and Vocational services which includes Project SEARCH, Medicaid (B3) Supported Employment and Vocational Rehabilitation Supported Employment and Work Adjustment.

Jennifer is passionate about helping others and celebrating in their successes. Jennifer has been a volunteer with Special Olympics, Mecklenburg Park and Recreation, Allegro Foundation, Carolinas Medical Center and as a Certified Lay Leader for the Chronic Disease Self-Management program. Jennifer has served on committees with the CRC (Community Resource Connection) Aging and Disability organization and Central Piedmont Community College.

Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Arts in Health Communications from UNC-Charlotte and minored in Interdisciplinary Health Studies. She earned a Certification in Developmental Disabilities from Central Piedmont Community College.
