InReach offers a broad range of supports and services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as their families, throughout their lives. Services are provided in various settings depending on the individual’s needs, funding requirements, and, in some cases, housing availability.
We prioritize each person’s unique needs, delivering high-quality services by ensuring they receive the right support, at the right time and frequency, from a qualified, compassionate staff member in the most independent setting possible. Guided by the Person-Centered Plan or Individual Support Plan, we provide choices and ensure that the support aligns with the individual’s preferences and needs.
Project SEARCH is an international program model that provides work experience to assist youth and adults with significant disabilities in making successful transitions from school to work.
Employees with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) are a motivated, productive, yet often overlooked resource. InReach partners with businesses to hire and support these individuals for job success and satisfaction.
